It's a good time to be a fan of the Marvel Zombies franchise. The undead superheroes made their first appearance in the MCU this year in a wonderfully bleak episode of What If...?, and it was recently announced that they're getting their very own Disney Plus spinoff series. But it doesn't stop there!
Not content with ruling the small screen, the Marvel Zombies are finally getting their very own game. Marvel Zombies: A Zombicide Game is the latest offering from CMON and Spin Master Games, and it looks outstanding.

Marvel Zombies: A Zombicide Game is the latest in the Zombicide line of board games, and CMON's 50th Kickstarter project.

It was first announced in the impressive trailer above, which culminates in the reveal of a terrifying two-foot tall Zombie Galactus model. Clearly, CMON and Spin Master Games are going big on this new entry.
"Sure, Super Heroes are used to facing evil," reads the official teaser. "But can they face THE HUNGER when an alien virus mutates them into flesh-eating monsters?"
For those that have never played a Zombicide game before, they're essentially a tabletop RPG/board game hybrid in which players work together to guide survivors through a zombie apocalypse. In this particular instance, we'll likely be playing as a range of classic Marvel heroes as we take on missions, look for survivors, and try to avoid being infected and/or eaten. Sounds good to me.
Marvel Zombies: A Zombicide Game doesn't have a start date for funding just yet, but given the success of previous Zombicide games and the fact this has Marvel characters attached to it? Yeah, I don't see CMON having any problems getting this one over the line.
