Dark Souls meets Silent Hill in twisted new Unreal Engine horror

With the new year approaching, it is time to start adding games to our wishlists and one twisted horror game inspired by Dark Souls and Silent Hill is not one to miss out on.

Wronged Us is an upcoming survival horror game from the developers at Delusional Studio. Inspired by classic horror such as Silent Hill and Dark Souls, you will face intense combat, challenging puzzles and a hostile environment with limited resources.

Check out the Silent Hill 2 remake trailer below!

You will take on the role of Isaac who returns to his hometown of Lowell after the tragic loss of his only son. However, Lowell isn’t how Isaac remembers it and the town has slowly succumbed to seeds of bitterness and despair, leaving only a dark and twisted presence in its wake.

With rumours of his son’s presence drawing Isaac back, he has no choice but to return to the derelict town even if it will mean a fight for his own survival.

Set in an open-world environment, you will need to discover both the mystery of the town and of your son as you face demons both physically and mentally. With every resident hiding a secret, it is hard to know who to trust but the only way to get through is to stock up. However, with resources scarce and deadly encounters around every corner, Isaac must scavenge for weapons in order to survive.

Not only that but Wronged Us won’t rely on hand-holding and will instead reward you with a minimal HUD designed to make you use your instincts and observations in order to navigate the town of Lowell. If you are anything like me, you will spend the majority of this game going around in circles!

Wronged Us is yet to receive a release date but it is already available to wishlist on Steam. Don’t miss out on this twisted horror!
