Dying Light 2 is a game that encourages you to run. Mostly because there are almost always hordes of infected right behind you ready to eat attack, but also because the vast majority of cars in the post-apocalyptic city of Villedor have been completely and utterly destroyed. No more Sunday drives through the country.
There's little need for vehicular action in Techland's latest zombie RPG. Those who want to survive in the open world will need to make use of their parkour skills to run along narrow walkways, zip up drainpipes, and essentially do whatever is necessary to keep up the momentum and stop from falling down to street level where those aforementioned zombies hungrily wait.
Except, as it turns out, there is at least one secret ridable vehicle tucked away in Dying Light 2. A Redditor by the name of Taki 7o7 (thank you, Eurogamer) recently came across a hidden bicycle that players can actually ride.

Unfortunately, Taki707 won't explain exactly how they found it, but other players believe that the discovery was made as a result of playing around in the NexusMods' developer menu on PC.
As you can see from the footage below, it's clear Techland intended to include a bike in Dying Light 2 before cutting at some point during development. It's a shame, given that the vehicle seems to work perfectly and looks like a genuine blast to use throughout the game's vast open world.

Who knows, maybe Techland will introduce bikes and other vehicles as part as one of the many DLC expansions it has planned for the game over the next five years.
