Turns Out ‘Elden Ring’ Is Hiding A Secret Underground City

Look, Elden Ring is huge, this we know. And in literally every sense of the word, too. It’s becoming increasingly apparent that the original claim that players could beat the game in about 30 hours if they wanted to was a bit too optimistic - the amount of hours people have been pouring into this one since its release is absolutely wild.
It definitely shouldn’t be too much of a surprise then that the Lands Between are positively packed with secrets to uncover, and yet even more enemies to help you meet an untimely end. These aren't just little Easter eggs though, oh no. It turns out that there’s an entire city hidden tucked away underground, and it even leads you to a secret boss, which you can get an amazing reward for beating.

Of course, if you’re planning on flinging yourself down into secret areas to take on even more terrifying enemies, you might want to kit yourself out with a good build first. And thankfully, players have been discovering plenty of those, too. One particularly powerful setup, if you can believe it, involves stripping naked. Yes, really.
With the help of a rare loot drop, the Blue Dancer’s Charm, you can configure an incredible glass-cannon build - and while you’re very susceptible to getting taken out yourself, you can also dish out enormous amounts of damage.
If you’re just looking to bag some sweet style points, though, then there’s perhaps no better option than what’s been dubbed the Darth Maul build. To become a force to be reckoned with (sorry) all you need is a particular weapon and spell, which are both pretty easy to find - check out our guide here.
There’s almost certainly going to be a whole lot more cool things discovered in Elden Ring yet - the game has managed to break into Steam’s top 10 most played games of all time, so with that many people throwing themselves at it at once, it's only a matter of time before something else like this is found. Perhaps, lurking in the dark depths of a treacherous dungeon, the fabled easy mode will finally be uncovered. Just kidding, that's never going to happen.
