'Elden Ring' Player Uses Controller Made Of Bananas To Beat Infuriating Boss

So there's this game which came out and everyone is saying it's a bit of a tough cookie. Something about being both tarnished and maidenless. Uh, couldn't happen to a nicer player. And yes, I'm talking about Elden Ring.
Despite the latest release from the talented team at FromSoftware being oh so challenging - as you'd expect given the studio's past form of Dark Souls and Bloodborne, et al - a lot of people still want to take things one step further. Whether it's the speedrunners who have managed to beat the final boss in under an hour, people grinding to 99 dex, or taking down bosses in the buff, there are lots of ways players try to add their own extra level of challenge to an already punishing experience.
Super Louie 64 has taken that concept of incorporating an additional element of challenge outside of the game itself, though. First, he creates a custom controller out of seemingly random things he finds around the house. Then he tries to take down some of Elden Ring's most difficult bosses with them.

First he put together a control scheme using a Nintendo Switch Ring Fit controller, where he had to run in real life in order to move in game. However, it seems even that was too much like a traditional controller for Louie... So he set out to create one out of a bunch of bananas. As you do.
With one banana hooked up to function as an individual button, he ended up with 11 bananas set up in total. They worked like regular buttons should - tapping each banana gives you the desired outcome.
While the controller apparently smelt "real bad", it seemed to work. Our boy even managed to take down Godrick, one of Elden Ring's tougher bad boys, with just his bananas by his side.

He even did it with a melee build, no co-op, and he wasn't even on his horse. Turns out bananas might just be more OP than magic in this game.
