More Fallout TV Series Set Photos Leak And People Are Excited

Bethesda announced way back in 2020 that a Fallout TV series had been greenlit by Amazon Studios. On July 23rd, Twitter page FilmsFallout revealed a few snaps of the set, and fans are starting to get excited.

The images shared show us what appears to be a vault door in an internal studio, along with an external shot of a store in the desert, surrounded by old '50s cars buried in sand.

Check out this gameplay trailer for the impressive fan made mod, Fallout: London.

The second picture of the pictures below is very New Vegas, but the first is reminiscent of the vaults from Fallout 4. The designs led fans to speculate which game will be the aesthetic and stylistic influence for the series.

User Kitkat wondered if the vault in the image is actually Vault 13, also known as the Vault of the Holy 13, and the home of the player in the first two games.

Other users pointed out how pleased they are that the series looks authentically like part of the Fallout franchise.

D B Cooper expressed that he's glad Amazon are "at least getting the vibe of the Fallout universe." While others quickly pointed out that Amazon have a good track record with adapting much-loved source material for TV shows.

"This is amazon we are talking about," said user Rix, "They made The Boys" - referring to Amazon's acclaimed adaptation of Gareth Ennis' comic book The Boys.

We know very little about Amazon's adaptation of Fallout so far, but, according to the IMDB page, it stars Ella Purnell and Kyle MacLachlan. These stars have been in two of the most impressive TV shows of all time (Arcane and Twin Peaks respectively), so we would imagine they'd only sign up for a project that looks pretty spectacular. Hopefully Amazon won't let us down with this one.
