Ubisoft Offers Free 'Valhalla' DLC If You Watch 'Assassin’s Creed Mirage' Reveal

Ubisoft Offers Free 'Valhalla' DLC If You Watch 'Assassin’s Creed Mirage' Reveal

Ubisoft is offering a number of rewards to Ubisoft Forward viewers, depending on how long they watch for.

Last week, at long last, Ubisoft finally confirmed that we have a brand new Assassin’s Creed game coming our way, called Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The title will be set in ninth-century Baghdad, and the art shared by the publisher features Valhalla’s Basim.

Some free DLC recently released for Valhalla, which offers a totally new rogue-lite game mode - check it out below.

One leaker claims that Baghdad will be Mirage’s only city, but will feature “lots of NPCs in the streets”, as well as “lots of interactions for the parkour such as ‘lanterns’ to turn around the corner of a wall, or poles to reach distant buildings”. We probably only have a few days to wait to find out if this is true, too, as a full reveal of the game will be taking place on 10 September, during the Ubisoft Forward event.

While the promise of seeing a whole new Assassin’s Creed game is probably enough to tempt most fans into watching anyway, as reported by GameByte, Ubisoft will also be giving away free DLC for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and a number of other Ubisoft games to anyone who watches the stream.

Ubisoft has confirmed that anyone watching on Twitch (specifically Ubisoft’s official stream, or any official co-streamers’ streams) will be eligible for a number of rewards, depending on how long they watch for. Watching for 15 minutes will bag you a ‘Skull and Bones Emblem’ in Skull and Bones, 30 minutes earns you the ‘Explosive De tail Charm’ in Rainbow Six Siege, 45 minutes will get you the ‘RC22 Original Cosmetic’ in Roller Champions, and finally, watching for a full 60 minutes will earn you the ‘Sphinx Tattoo Set’ in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

If you were already planning on watching, these are some sweet extra bonuses for sure. Otherwise, maybe you could just leave it on in the background (just don’t tell Ubisoft).
