Brendan Fraser Gets Emotional Hearing How Much Everybody Is Rooting For Him

You come for Brendan Fraser, you come for us all

I don't have posters of movie stars on my walls anymore because my wife won't let me, but if I did? They'd all be of Brendan Fraser.

The star of classic adventure movies like The Mummy and George Of The Jungle seems like such an inherently good soul, and watching fans celebrate his well-deserved career comeback after all this time fills my cold dead heart with more joy than I thought it could handle.

I mean, just look at Fraser in The Mummy. What a guy. What a champ.

As you may know, Fraser alleged in 2018 that he had been sexually assaulted by Hollywood executive Philp Berk back in 2003. This, along with a divorce and the death of his mother, had a huge impact on the actor's mental and physical health. In interviews since, he's admitted that his health issues, along with any attempts to call out Berk, contributed to a backlash that led him to be shunned from Hollywood.

It's been a long and difficult road for the actor, but it sure seems like he's back and doing well! Many fans will know that Fraser has been killing it as Robotman in DC's Doom Patrol for the past few years, but he's also recently been cast in two high-profile projects: Martin Scorsese's Apple TV movie Killers Of The Flower Moon, and Max Barbakow's Brothers.

During a recent interview with actor, cosplayer, and writer Lindley Key, AKA LittleLottie91, Fraser was rightly informed that the entire internet stands behind and supports him as he embarks on this impressive run of new projects. His response? To choke up, take a glass of water, and then modestly tip his cowboy hat and say "shucks, ma'am".

How the f*ck can you not adore Brendan Fraser?
