As suspected, Call Of Duty: Warzone Season 5 is already dropping some major hints regarding what we can expect from Call Of Duty 2020. The battle royale's most recent update finally opened Verdansk Stadium by blowing the roof off the damn thing, and granting players access to explore the massive new area in the process.

If you've not checked the Stadium out yet, there's a lot to take in. The massive pitch and network of offices and changing rooms offer all manner of strategies for squads dropping there, but there are also some very exciting secrets waiting to be discovered. If you can find them without being shot in the face by enemy players, that is.

Players exploring the administrative offices tucked away inside the stadium have discovered that they can use the same keycards that open the mysterious bunkers to unlock certain doors in the new location. Inside these rooms you'll find a bunch of handy weapons and loot, as well as a bunch of computers displaying some seriously strange images.

Interact with the computer, and you'll see a series of strange glyphs and seemingly unrelated numbers. Check them out for yourself in the video below. It's not entirely clear what significance these computers have to do the wider story being told, but it looks to be some kind of eight-digit code. For what, though?

One of the videos ends with a message in Russian that translates to "reset code", implying that they could be connected to some of the game's currently inaccessible bunkers. The odds are strong that whatever's going on is almost certainly connected to Call Of Duty 2020, which is strongly rumoured to be a Black Ops reboot called Black Ops Cold War.

If I know the Call Of Duty community, it won't take them long to figure out exactly what's going on with these codes. No doubt this is all in advance of a full reveal of Call Of Duty 2020 from Activision, which is long overdue at this point.

New Call Of Duty titles are typically announced in May ahead of an October/November release, but we've still heard nothing. All we know for sure at this stage is that the game is definitely coming this year, and that it's being developed by Treyarch and Raven Software. For now, just keep an eye out next time you're in Verdansk. Something is definitely coming soon.
