I've written a lot about Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call Of Duty: Warzone glitches over the last few months. I've seen glitches that teleport people out of the Gulag, bugs that turn weapons into nightmarish pixels, and weapons that can shoot through walls as if they're made of tissue paper. I've seen these errors break games, cause serious alarm, and stop people from getting the win, but I've never seen a bug that turns the player naked... until today.
As found and documented by Reddit user and streamer c0mradedrei, there appears to be a glitch in Warzone that caused one of the players to lose their trousers, exposing the poorly-rendered butt beneath the clothes. Our star threw out a grenade and was tragically killed, only for the camera to zoom out and show us that the player standing over the body was flashing his bare butt. No respect for the dead at all.
Take a look at the clip in action below.

I can't imagine for a second that this bug is something that we'll start to see more of. Rather, it was one of those gloriously rare occurrences that only one in every lucky few might see. Kind of like a shooting star, or an entry-level job with a decent wage.
Of course the Reddit thread is packed with users coming up with their own butt-related Call Of Duty puns. These range from the obvious-yet-brilliant (Call Of Booty) to the needlessly obscene (Big Red D***). If you can handle some very NSFW content, dive in for yourself and have a look - if only to see that some people have no idea what a pun is.
But here's the thing that I'm getting really hung up on: Infinity Ward clearly never intended for us to see naked butts in Warzone, so why is it there for us to see? The texture is blurred and wrong, obviously, but there's an undeniable butt crack on display there. There are cheeks, too. Someone at Infinity Ward went into work one day, sat at their desk, and spent their entire shift carefully sculpting tushies.
I know Infinity Ward made a big deal about Modern Warfare being an authentic experience, but this is going a bit too far, isn't it? We've reached out to Activision for comment on the butt development process and will update this story when we hear back.
