'Cyberpunk 2077' Has A Secret Ending, And Here's How To Unlock It

Cyberpunk 2077 has a secret ending, believe it or not, and it's so elaborate to unlock that it might involve creating a shiny new save file to trigger the events you require.
Johnny Silverhand. The poster boy for Cyberpunk 2077, and the elusive and antagonistic guide for the player throughout their journey in Night City. When Keanu Reeves strolled on stage at E3 2019, revealing that he'll be playing the bad boy himself, we knew that this character would be one that would take our breath away. And not only because the actor and entrepreneur is so dashing. "I did a brief amount of motion capture to get a library of some behaviors," said Reeves in an interview with Vanity Fair.
"Like, how does he walk? How does he sit? Does he slouch? How does he play guitar? How does he move? Then I was just really working on trying to bring the character to life vocally." He continued to explicate his love for the genre of sci-fi and futuristic dystopias, and how Cyberpunk 2077 would stick it to the man and also offer a range of approaches and conclusions. "It was kind of presented as a voice looking to confront corporate hypocrisy and systems of control," said Reeves. "You can choose a track where there is less violence. But I think, bottom line of the game, there is definitely some kind of positive aspiration to it, to reflect, and to think about one's actions, one's deeds, who they are and how we can impact others."

So, with all of this in mind, there's a secret ending to Cyberpunk 2077 which results in the fewest number of casualties (well, casualties of the people you actually like). Naturally, serious spoilers for the game will follow, so if you haven't finished Cyberpunk 2077, go ahead and do that and this guide will still be here afterwards.
In the denouement of the game, your options are to trust Arasaka and hand over V's body to the corporation, call Panam Palmer to siege Arasaka and allow Johnny to take over V's body, let Johnny take over V's body and he and Rogue storm Arasaka, or pick up the pistol before heading to Arasaka and end the game this way. In these options, however, you'll always lose a few of your friends in the firefight. The secret ending involves V and Johnny on a solo mission, thereby sparing your allies from the danger.
What you'll need to do is ensure that your relationship with Johnny is at 70% or more, which is achievable if you're genial towards him and complete all of his side-missions. But, it's tough to get to 70% with Johnny by the end of the game, if you don't know this already and you don't have access to an earlier save file. There's one way of boosting your stats with him, and it's during a conversation you have when you find his physical body in the oil fields. This is said to secure that 70% relationship score, as long as you finish the other side-missions and are friendly to Johnny. Now, before the final mission, when you're on the rooftop with Johnny, don't do anything. After a while, he'll register your indecision, and propose a fourth plan, where it's just you and him against Arasaka's entire army. A word to the wise; this fight is very hard and if V dies, that's it. But, if they succeed, then it's the ending where no one is sacrificed, V gets to live in their own body, and they all live happily ever after. As much as that's possible in the worst city on Earth.
