The patch also addresses a whole host of hiccups in the RPG.

Cyberpunk 2077's latest update is on its way and you'll be happy to hear that it also brings a lot of free extras as well as a hefty helping of gameplay improvements.

CD Projekt Red always had the intention to support Cyberpunk 2077 with free goodies like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The grim and gorgeous RPG offered alternative looks for Ciri, Triss and Yennefer, new finishing animations, new armours and some fully fledged questlines that rivalled the quality of the ones told in the original game. There was Where The Cat And Wolf Play... which saw Geralt investigating the scene of a strange massacre and Fools' Gold which involved a village transformed under the curse of "piggy magic."

For Cyberpunk 2077, there has been a slow trickle of new cosmetics here and there, like the Wolf School leather jacket, however the state of the game itself has been a roadblock for the studio. CD Projekt Red admitted it "underestimated the scale and complexity" of its situation, but it does look like it's been too little too late for its players.

I'm playing through Borderlands 2 at the moment (yeah, yeah, I know I'm a little behind on the series) and its art style is really something. What if that bright and visceral cel-shaded approach was brought to Night City? Check it out below.

Patch 1.3 offers a long list of adjustments of the overall experience of playing Cyberpunk 2077, like item prices, elevators, NPC AI in combat encounters, and improved framerate consistency.

However, if you're like me and know that you can't fight Arasaka if you aren't cute, you'll be interested to learn about the free goodies on their way as part of the patch. There's the Multilayered Syn-Leather Deltajock Jacket and the Luminescent Punk Jacket to be added to V's closet, and the Archer Quartz Bandit vehicle which can be bought in-game after completing the Ghost Town quest. And, there's an alternative look for Johnny Silverhand which I'm hoping is actor Keanu Reeves' E3 2019 appearance.

Alright, this offering isn't half as exciting as those two aforementioned quests for The Witcher 3. However, it's possible that the studio is focusing on the smooth operation of the game and that more and more extras will come in due course. At the moment, it's not known when the patch will roll out to all platforms, but with this information, we could assume that it's somewhat soon.
