Keanu Reeves and John Krasinski starring in a film together sounds rad, right? Between Keanu's history of fighting the good fight in The Matrix and the John Wick films, and Krasinski's roles in A Quiet Place and Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, you can imagine the badass fight scenes these two could be involved in. This new action-packed adventure not only features Keanu and John, but also Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Kevin Hart, Diego Luna, Natasha Lyonne, Kate McKinnon and Vanessa Bayer, That's one hell of a cast for *checks notes* DC League of Super-Pets. Wait, excuse me?
You're telling me that all these huge names are in Super-Pets? Well, as Comicbook reports, Dwayne Johnson revealed a brief teaser that introduces us to the Super-Pets film and its cast members.
Here is the teaser...
His tweet says: "Ladies, gents & children of ALL AGES it's my pleasure to INTRODUCE our star-studded DC SuperPets cast. Seven Bucks Production + DC = SUPERHERO & SUPER VILLAIN FUN for you & your families worldwide. Hierarchy of power in the DC Universe is about to change."

Johnson seems raring to go in superhero properties as he's been hyping up Black Adam for the last few months - and now he's going to appear somewhere within this DC project, too.
To be fair to the kids, often superhero films are PG-13 with an adult twist, or flat out 18+ like Logan or Deadpool. There aren't many superhero films I can think of that directly cater to children these days ,and let's not forget the MCU is now older than the kids that DC League of Super-Pets is marketed towards.
I'm sure they'll be em-barking (heh) on a great adventure for kids and comic book fans alike. And I really do want to see what animals they end up picking for the cast. DC League of Super-Pets is due to release on May 20, 2022.
