Alright Marvel let's try this again, shall we? With the continued success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the comic book company is pulling its most famous characters from their illustrated pages and incorporating them into its wide world of movies and TV shows. We've already got many of the classics in there from Captain America to Spider-Man of course, but there are four fantastic faces that have received a lot of movie attention in the past that are yet to appear. Of course, we're talking about The Fantastic Four.

The Fantastic Four have appeared in four released films so far. The original 1994 film was an unreleased project, though the entire thing has appeared on YouTube if you want to give it a look - trust me it's wild. Then we have the second and third films Fantastic Four and Rise of the Silver Surfer starring Chris Evans, Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba, and Michael Chiklis back in 2004 and 2007. I'm sure many remember these films pretty fondly, especially with what came after.

Marvel teased the return of the Fantastic Four here...

2015's Fantastic Four was a bit of a disaster in comparison. Though it starred names like Miles Teller and Micheal B. Jordan it was the lowest-grossing Fantastic Four title upon release and has since been erased from many Marvel fans' memories. But now Marvel is coming back with another attempt with a cast that will feature both well-known names and new faces.

In an interview with Marvel Boss Kevin Feige, ComicBook.com reports that the MCU tradition of casting this way will continue. Feige says: "I think the MCU is a beautiful combination of both (established actors and new faces)," Feige said. "I think you look no further than Simu in Shang-Chi, like Chris Hemsworth, like Tom Hiddleston, like Tom Holland, an actor that hadn't been seen by a tremendous amount of people before, or you have a Benedict stepping into Doctor Strange or Christian Bale stepping into Gor in our Thor film.

"It is always a beautiful combination of both, and it really is about the search for the best actor for the job whether that actor is known to the world yet or not."

So it may be that we'll see some famous names stepping into the roles in a new Fantastic Four film, or it could shoot people to fame. With the less than ideal run of Fantastic Four films we've had so far, we do hope that Marvel's approach will give the team a new lease on life.
