Brazilian Twitch streamer RaulZito, real name Raulino de Oliveira Maciel, has been banned on Twitch and YouTube following his arrest on charges of "rape of the vulnerable".
Insider (via G1) reports that Maciel was arrested by Rio de Janeiro police on July 27. However, according to the tracking site StreamerBans.(via Kotaku), Maciel's Twitch account was only just banned last week.

The official police report doesn't mention Maciel by name, but details a "YouTuber" who targeted "child theater, film, and TV actors." The report goes on to allege that he used his Instagram account to message his victims about appearing in his videos. Two children aged between 10 and 14 are mentioned in the report as victims. The report suggests these children were abused "so many times that both do not know how to order chronologically how they occurred." Further victims are being identified as investigations continue.
In a statement shared on July 27, Maciel's network SBT games confirmed that the streamer would no longer be working with them. A video shared by G1 also appears to show officers escorting Maciel into the back of a police car in São Caetano do Sul.
Twitch is now facing criticism from viewers who believe it took too long to actually ban Maciel. Nearly one month is a long time to leave an alleged child rapist un-banned, especially when an arrest has been made, and considering that the Amazon-owned streaming platform has banned users for far, far less in the past.
It's currently unclear exactly when YouTube banned the streamer, and Twitch has yet to comment on the matter.
