Red Dead Redemption 2 is an absolute beast of a game. Heck, most people haven't even managed to get to the end of the lengthy 50-hour story - most likely because of the sheer amount of side activities to find and mysteries to solve in the virtual Old West.

It took me months, with a lengthy break in the middle, to finally roll credit's on Rockstar's 2018 masterpiece precisely because there's so much to do. With fossils to find, murderers to track down, banks to rob, and trains to heist, you're rarely short of options. There are hundreds of hours of content in this game... but that's still not enough for some of the more dedicated players out there.

Take a look at some of the best Red Dead Redemption 2 wins and fails below!

Three years ago, a Reddit user by the name of IndyDrew85 shared how he'd gifted his grandad a copy of Red Dead Redemption 2 and his old Xbox One. IndyDrew85 has since returned to update us all on how exactly his dear old grandad has been getting on with the Western, and you probably won't be too surprised to learn that he's loving every second of it.

According to a recent post, the Redditor's grandad has since logged over 2,000 hours on Red Dead Redemption 2. That's a little over 87 days of playtime - and it sounds like he isn't anywhere close to being done with the game.

"I was never sure if it was something he'd be interested in since he'd never seemed too interested in video games," IndyDrew85 wrote. "But I wanted to post an update and share that he absolutely loves the game. He's currently sitting at 87 Days played time.

"Needless to say he absolutely loves Redemption and he blew away my expectations in regards to how much he would actually play the game!"

I salute IndyDrew85 for such a lovely gesture, and I salute their grandad for having given one of the best games of all time a chance and discovering just how special Rockstar's open-world epic is.
