Once You Realise The 'GTA 5' Map Looks Like Homer Simpson's Face, You Can't Unsee It

You know when someone says something or even shows you something and then suddenly you're a changed person? You were fine and then suddenly someone has rocked your world with, uh, "tomatoes are actually fruit" or perhaps "dude, the earth isn't flat". Wild stuff. But this time it's someone comparing a map you know like the back of your hand with one of the most iconic cartoons ever made and it sort of making sense.

That's right, someone on Reddit has pointed out that the Grand Theft Auto V map kind of looks like Homer Simpson from the incredibly successful cartoon The Simpsons. The map, when looked at in a certain way, vaguely follows the outline of the character's head and features and though it sounds impossible, we can see it too.

Here are some of our favourite GTA wins and fails...

On the Gaming subreddit (via ScreenRant), one fan of GTA V admitted that they've always seen the Los Santos map in a particular way and oddly enough, others agree. Though it's pretty misshapen and you have to really think about it, Homer Simpson can sort of be made up of the map's components and someone even went above and beyond to shape out the character to show what the original poster meant.

However, Homer isn't the only character that can be seen in the map as others interpret it as Leonardo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles lunging forward with a sword. Which yeah, is also an interpretation of the map I can see, especially when it's all coloured in. And strangely enough, this is something that fans have been saying from all the way back in 2013 as this image post shows.

I wonder if there are any other interpretations of the map to be found. I mean, I never even saw it as anything other than a bunch of land and road but now I'm a changed woman, reborn with new understanding. I'll see Homer there forever.
