I don't have many rules in life, but I do firmly believe you shouldn't screw with anyone capable of doing a backflip off the side of a building. You shouldn't screw with anyone in general, to be honest, but if you insist on doing so maybe leave the backflippers till last.

This was a lesson one Twitter user learned the hard way when they attempted to rip on a young anime fan. As spotted by Dexerto, the user shared a clip of an old video from 2017 in which a kid "powers up" before Naruto-running at the wall and backflipping off it, landing, and performing a Dragon Ball Z-style Kamehameha motion.

You weren't bullied because you watched anime. You were bullied for this," the uploader wrote in a caption alongside the video. Does it look a little silly? I guess. But it also looks incredibly cool in this writer's opinion - and the opinion of the thousands of other Twitter users who responded to shut down the original uploader's attempt to take the piss.

"That's more impressive than something to pick on someone over. I don't know anyone that can backflip off a wall into a hero landing like that," one user responded.

"See how he landed that flip? Most people couldn't do that if they tried," added another.

"Tbh respect to that man who displays his love for anime in full confidence (and doing a backflip too)," chimed in yet another supporter.

The positive response in favour of the anime kid was such that before long, the original poster was forced to change their stance entirely. "Lemme reiterate, after further inspection that flip was sicko mode," they eventually admitted.

Like I said, don't screw with people who can do backflips. They're on a different level to you and I.
