Life-Size Lady Dimitrescu Being Used To Market 'Resident Evil Village'

Yes, yes, we know that Resident Evil Village is supposedly going to be one of the scariest horror games we've ever played. We understand there are going to be beheadings and a tonne of blood. And yes, we know we're going to see a huge scope of grotesque characters that chill us to the bone when we're playing. But none of that matters when we have our Lady Dimitrescu.
The 9'6" character has become the central focus of the release of Resident Evil Village after players found her rather fascinating. And by fascinating, I mean gamers everywhere seemed to be obsessed with dating the beautiful monstrosity. Now it seems that Capcom is taking that in its stride and going full out with marketing Lady Dimitrescu to thirsty fans.

TheGamer reports that Asian shops have started promoting the upcoming Village with a life-size cardboard cut out of the iconic Lady and yeah, seeing how tall she'd be if she was real is rather intimidating. The customers waiting in line to buy games in the photo shared by Capcom Asia are a fair bit smaller than "tall sexy vampire lady" and it gives us a good frame of reference for how short game protagonist Ethan Winters is going to be comparatively.
You might have already had your introductions to Lade Dimitrescu actually. The Maiden demo Capcom released to give us a taste of Village on PlayStation 5 gives you a little bit of contact with the lady of the manor and her 'daughters'. Though the woman may be a sort of vintage vision of beauty, she's also terrifying with extending claws and probably some other freaky transformations we haven't seen yet.
If you're interested in downloading the demo for Resident Evil Village, you can find it on the PS5 store for free. The full game is due to come out May 7, 2021. Oh, and did you know Lady Dimitrescu is the height of about two Danny DeVitos?
