The Pokémon card craze has been sweeping the internet, connecting with fans of all ages. Collectors and scalpers alike have been frantically trying to get their hands on any and all packs of cards they can, from modern releases all the way back to original sets. And of all the notable influencers that have been engaging in the Pokémon TCG hype, Logan Paul might be the most famous.

It's likely you already know Logan from his Vine days, or his YouTube era (controversies included) - but now he's moved onto aiming to be one of the world's fiercest boxers, as well as an avid Pokémon card collector. The creator has gone through a phase of opening extremely expensive and uncommon Pokémon card packs this past year. Part of his collection is an incredibly rare Shiny Charizard - and he seemingly turned it into jewelry to wear around his neck, for his recent boxing bout with Floyd Mayweather.

As Pokémon cards went viral, GAMINGbible spoke to some of the biggest names in the business to celebrate the card-collecting game...

When questioned at the post-fight press conference about the card, Logan Paul said: "This is a Pokémon card, it's a BGS 10 first edition Charizard. It is one of three in the world, it is my prized possession. Ever since I got this graded a 10, the momentum in my life has been crazy - this is my good luck charm, this is my prized possession. Estimated value, I mean, now - sh*t, this is a million-dollar card, baby. Like this is the card I walked out with to the Floyd Mayweather fight, this is a million-dollar card."

The card by itself might not be a million dollars, as Kotaku notes, but the worth of the card being owned by Logan Paul as well as being a part of boxing history (whether it was a good match or not) exacerbates its value. It's possibly the most famous Pokémon card in the world now so, yeah, perhaps a cool million dollars isn't far off of the truth.
