Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In the age of plastic surgery, body modifications, and thousands of different cosmetic changes one can undergo, it's possible to look almost any way you want if you're willing to spend the cash. Some might want a smaller waist, others will get ab implants, but this guy? This guy wanted to get rid of his nose so he could look more like an orc.
As reported by Canada's CTV News (via GameSpot), a Brazilian tattoo artist Fernando Franco de Oliveira has had quite the physical transformation over the course of several years resulting in him looking pretty close to a real-life orc from The Lord of the Rings. That's what he's been going for anyway, and with the vampiric dentures, lack of a nose, and reconstructed ears, we'd say he's done a pretty good job.

When talking to CTV, the tattoo shop owner says that being as modded as he is became an attraction for his business and most people he meets just want to take selfies with him. "About 70 per cent of people who see me on the street, they want to take photos with me and they find me interesting."

The most shocking of his modifications may be the removal of his nose. It was another step in getting closer to looking like an orc but it hasn't come without its problems. Oliveira has said it's: "still very painful because when I take a shower a lot of water goes into my nose." Ouch.
But he's not done yet. The artist is still looking to make additional changes to the way he looks including removing excess skin on his head to help his skull be more visible and adding more horns to his head.
Well, it may not be for everyone but Oliveira has achieved his goal of looking unusual, because as he says: "Everybody -- most people in the world -- they're all alike. They're the same. And I wanted to be different. I want to stick out." Mate, I think you've got that down.
