Quentin Tarantino Wants To Do 'Kill Bill 3' With 'Stranger Things' Star

The movie would "out-do everything" in Tarantino's previous work.

Quentin Tarantino said that his tenth movie will be his last, but there is one dream that would pull the director from his recliner on a tropical beach to behind the camera one final time. Unsurprisingly, it involves Kill Bill and working with one of the biggest stars from Season 3 of Stranger Things.

Maya Hawke is the daughter of Hollywood heavyweights Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke. She started a career in modelling, featuring in campaigns for Vogue, AllSaints and Calvin Klein, and when she got the role of Jo March in Little Women, she was forced to drop out of Juilliard. After that, she was cast as Robin Buckley in Season 3 of Stranger Things, an acerbic high-schooler who works alongside Steve Harrington at the ice cream shop.

Her dynamic with actor Joe Keery received a lot of praise from viewers and was described as one of the highlights of the season. Following on from this, she was cast in Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood as Linda Kasabian. Clearly, she impressed the cast and crew alike as Tarantino has said that he would leap at the chance to bring her on board Kill Bill 3. The hypothetical Kill Bill 3, might I add, as it is a castle in the sky for the director.

"The only one I can imagine where it would be another epic, where I would need to out-do everything is if I did a Kill Bill 3," said Tarantino when he appeared on the podcast The Joe Rogan Experience. "I've thought of it." The third movie would see The Bride settle down and raise her daughter BB in the peace of suburbia, training her should danger ever come knocking on their door. All is well, until assassins stumble upon their aliases and locations, and the extreme violence of the first two movies starts again.

While this is exciting news for Tarantino fans, this is only a project that the director would love to take on if there was the interest and the resources to do so. I'm sure the former is there, but we'll keep you in the loop as to where this idea ends up.
