Next month, those with an active Amazon Prime membership are eligible to bag a bunch of free games and in-game digital content, so read on to learn more.
As well as offering a free subscription on Twitch with a members-only crown chat badge and exclusive emotes, Prime Gaming allows members to claim a number of PC titles every month, and these are attached to their account permanently. Tidy. Plus, in-game goodies like weapons, characters, skins, boosts, upgrades are up for grabs, so this is an offer that's not to be sniffed at. Last month, Battlefield 4 was given away for free to Prime Gaming members, ahead of the reveal of Battlefield 2042, acting as an excellent stepping stone for those who were intrigued by the sheer scale of the upcoming shooter.
We're over halfway through the year, and I'm not sure if I believe it either. Fortunately, there have been some absolutely amazing games that got us through to June, and here are our favourites.

So, let's get down to business. A massive six new games are being added into members' libraries, including Batman: The Enemy Within, the episodic narrative game that received rave reviews. There's also RAD, "a 3D action rogue-like set in a post-post-apocalyptic world," and the picturesque adventure game The Wanderer: Frankenstein's Creature. Tales of the Neon Sea, Automachef and Portal Dogs round out the offering, and there's something for every type of gamer here, which is a splendid result.
And, there are the digital DLC goodies that the Prime Gaming group gets access to this month. These comprise:
- "Assassin's Creed: Valhalla - Prime members can build their own Viking legend in the action role-playing game and claim the Druidic Settlement Bundle, Black Raven Settlement Pack, Mystical Settlement Pack and 5x One Hour XP Boosters. Offer is available through August 16.
- League of Legends - On June 21, July 1, July 12 and July 22, Prime members can grab various Mystery Skin Shards for the multiplayer online battle arena game.
- VALORANT - Prime Gaming is celebrating the 5v5 character-based tactical FSP game with an Anniversary Drop, which includes an Exclusive EP 2 // FORMATION Player Card."
