If I had to guess, most of the messages the Twitch star receives from male suitors are more than a little disturbing and gross, because... well, because most men are in fact disturbing and gross. But one "lucky" fan's relatively wholesome confession of love ended up being read and responded to by Anys - something they clearly weren't prepared for.

As spotted by Dexerto, TikTok user knockoffvaseline has blown up online for sharing a video detailing the brief and humiliating exchange between themselves and Anys.

"I'm kinda hoping that you won't see this. I just wanted to say thank you," the fan wrote to Anys via DM back in June. "Thank you so much, you have done so much for me and you don't even know it. You were there when nobody else was, you were there when nobody else cared. And I was not in a great place before I found you, and I'm still not really in a great place now. But you wanna make me keep going.
"I know that you are a person and you have feelings so if it ever gets too much for you please just set back for a bit. Nobody will be made. Okay now I sound kinda stupid but anyways the point is, I wanted to say thank you and I love you."
Undeniably sweet, right? Of course knockoffvaseline never in a million years thought that Anys would actually read the message, given the amount of people that must slide into her DMs on any given day. Perhaps that's why, on a whim, they decided to send Anys another message on August 10 declaring: "I'm pooping".

In a cruel cosmic twist, this second message was the one that caught Anys' attention. And she even responded!
"The contrast between your two messages hahaha. Much love," Pokimane replied. Maybe not the start of a new relationship that knockoffvaseline was hoping for, but at least they got a reply in the end. That's more than most would-be suitors can probably say.
