Lady Dimitrescu's Face Model Cosplays As The Giant Vampire, And It's Epic

Resident Evil Village's cast of characters are a highlight of the latest entry to the series, and one is a standout star. Now, Lady Dimitrescu's face model has dressed up as the vampire that's set the world on fire and it is simply spectacular.

In the plot of Village, Lady Alcina Dimitrescu is one of the Four Lords who preside over the titular location on behalf of the shadowy Mother Miranda. She certainly thinks a lot of herself, but given that she's an effortlessly elegant vampire who's almost ten feet tall with an entire castle bestowed to herself and her undead daughters, you can't deny that she's got a few reasons to throw her weight about. In the run up to release, Lady Dimitrescu's impact on fans did not pass Capcom by, and though the company seemed to be surprised, it was happy to provide more and more of the character. So, did you know that she wears a heel that is double the size of the average women's shoe size? Now you do. Did you know there were bath towels with Lady Dimitrescu's face available in a giveaway? Now you do. Did you know a McDonald's restaurant blamed a "giant vampire wife" for their short staffing in the first week of May?

Model Helena Mankowska provides her likeness to the character so this must have been a heck of a month for her. But, it looks like she's also jumped feet first into the adoration for Lady Dimitrescu by cosplaying as the character with this impressive shoot. In the photo, she's laughing with joy with her hand resting on her hip, like she's ridiculing Heisenberg's theatrics or mocking a maiden's escape attempt. "I'm so thankful for your support and positive energy these few days," she said in the description, thanking the photographer, makeup artist and assistant on the shoot. "This photo I think is the moment many of you have been expecting, I hope you like it."

Resident Evil Village is speculated to be the middle chapter in a trilogy, beginning with the Resident Evil 7 and ending with Resident Evil 9. Never fear, we won't spoil anything, but the conclusion of Village did leave us with a handful of loose threads.
