'Skyrim' Player Finds Secret Chest Full Of Incredible Gear

How could you ever find this without a map?

Oh Skyrim, how are you still full of secrets after all these years and a million rereleases? It's a mystery to us all and it doesn't get more puzzling than this invisible chest that contains some very tasty loot. It's been hidden for far too long, so let's uncover its secrets together, shall we?

As GameRant reports, The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim is known for its beautiful landscapes, intriguing quests, and sometimes Bethesda's confusing choices. I mean yeah, horses climbing mountains are great and all but, like, why? In this case, there is one secret chest in Dawnstar that most players would never find if it wasn't for this good Samaritan on Reddit.

If you're looking to get away this summer, maybe you should consider making a trip to sunny Skyrim...

User Reasonable-Device-66 posted a clip of how to find the secret chest and all its loot on the Skyrim subreddit. The video shows them taking a trip to Dawnstar via a cart and then running into the city. Stroll past a few of the buildings and towards a mine opening, and just by a bolder the cue to open a chest appears.

And this chest is an absolute treasure trove. You have alchemy ingredients, armour, weapons, potions, jewels, poisons and even a bear pelt for your smithing needs. This chest is filled to the brim with good loot for players of any level but would be especially useful for early-game players. It's good of Reasonable-Device-66 to tell us just another one of Skyrim's secrets as only those who know this chest is here are ever going to find it. I wonder if Bethesda deliberately put it there though...

This isn't the only new detail players have found recently. Remember the Dark Brotherhood questline where you get to decide which of three people you kill for their supposed crimes? After all this time it's been revealed that there was a correct answer to this question the entire time and none of us used the correct spell to find out.
