Andor, the upcoming Star Wars TV series that will focus on the titular rebel from Rogue One, has been filming for several months now. These set photos that leaked onto the Internet on the weekend have piqued our curiosity, though, because it looks like one of the baddies of Rogue One might return to the small screen.

Andor takes place five years prior to the events of Rogue One - if you'd like a refresher on all of the Star Wars projects that Disney's got going on, then check a look here. "It's nice to go into a story you already know the ending," said Diego Luna, who plays Cassian Andor, in an interview with Jimmy Kimmel Live. "Now you can take the nuances and the layers. I think it's fun to do something that isn't just about getting to the end. It's about delaying that." Luna is joined by Genevieve O'Reilly who is reprising her role as Mon Mothma, as well as Stellan Skarsgård, Adria Arjona, Fiona Shaw, Denise Gough, and Kyle Soller. If you're wondering where K-2SO is, actor Alan Tudyk has confirmed that his character isn't involved in the debut season of Andor, but he could pop up in possible future seasons. Fingers crossed, because the introduction of the snarky K-2SO is one of the best things about Rogue One.

Filming has been underway in Canary Wharf in London, United Kingdom, and these photos shared by Twitter user @davidintheforc1 are sending fans into a spin. This is, coincidentally, also the location used for those shots of Andor, Jyn Erso, and K-2SO infiltrating the Imperial installation that housed the Death Star plans in Rogue One. Resultantly, some of the scenes might show the other side of the tussles between the Rebel Alliance and the Empire at the very start of the Galactic Civil War.

What's more is that eagle-eyed aficionados have spotted a figure on set who looks a lot like Director Orson Krennic. It's not out of the realm of possibility that the character could appear in the events of Andor, though he might not be a director at that point in time. In the novel Catalyst: A Rogue One Novel, Krennic is a lieutenant commander in the Republic's Special Weapons sector when he encounters Galen Erso and rescues him and his family from Separatist forces. Of course, the two men drift apart due to their differing ambitions. Krennic could be seen in Andor working with the Imperial Security Bureau, though it is unlikely that he would have a central part to play in the story.

Furthermore, these white and black uniforms are those of the Empire's intelligence agency. It could be another agent that's seen in the background of this photo, and given that actor Ben Mendelsohn isn't attached to the show, we've got to consider that this is also a possibility. Because Andor isn't slated to hit the small screen til 2022, we'll hold onto our questions for now. But, as a person who really enjoyed Mendelsohn's performance as the petulant yet terrifyingly efficient Krennic, I'm hoping he gets a cameo.
