'Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League' Delayed To 2023

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has been delayed to Spring 2023.

The game's director Sefton Hill confirmed the news on Twitter moments ago, revealing that developer Rocksteady Games simply needs more time to make the upcoming DC action game as good as it can be.

"We've made the difficult decision to delay Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League to Spring 2023," Hill wrote. "I know a delay is frustrating but that time is going into making the best game we can. I look forward to bringing the chaos to Metropolis together. Thanks for your patience."

It's actually been rumoured for a while now that the game would not make its previous 2022 release window. Earlier this year, Bloomberg reported that Warner Bros. had "quietly" pushed the game back. We now know for sure that this is the case.

Warner Bros. still has a fair few games to come this year, of course. The company's other DC superhero brawler, Gotham Knights, will release in October. And we can expect the Harry Potter RPG Hogwarts Legacy to arrive during the "Holiday" period, which usually means any time between October and December.
