Those of you who ever pumped a quid or two into Xbox Live Arcade back in the day may well remember, fondly, Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game. The arcade-style side-scrolling beat 'em up in a Final Fight-ish style came out around the time of the Edgar Wright-directed movie of the same name, and the pixel-art delight earned something of a cult-classic rep in the years since its 2010 release.
Not that any wannabe players of the game have been able to enjoy it since the end of 2014, mind, as the game was cruelly removed from XBLA and PSN. Licensing issues, probably. Dismay was abundant, and has remained so ever since. But, be dismayed no more! As developers Ubisoft have revealed that the game is coming back for current-gen consoles and PC. About flipping time.

Revealed during September 10th's Ubisoft Forward presentation - which also included new information on the remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and Immortals Fenyx Rising - the re-release of Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game comes out during 'Holiday 2020', so before the year is out. You'll be able to play it on PC, Stadia, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch - solo, or co-op style in (up to) four-player mode, tho it's TBC on online play.
Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game seems to feature its super-upbeat OG soundtrack, penned and performed by New York-based chiptune band Anamanaguchi (it's been a while but I think my ears are still tuned correctly). It will be released with all of the original's DLC included, as you'd expect given this is the 'Complete Edition'.
Check out a trailer below, why not. Pretty buzzing for this one, actually - and while its gameplay might seem dated to some, brawlers of its ilk sure have been enjoying a renaissance of late, in games like River City Girls and Streets of Rage 4.
