It seems as if Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is seriously starting to consider running for president of the United States one day, and he even has the support of some old friends.

Mark Calaway, better known around the world as WWE star The Undertaker, has lent his endorsement to his old sparring partner. He believes that the former wrestling star could very well be the person America is looking for to bring the divided country together. To be fair, if I was debating someone who I knew could Rock Bottom me straight through the floor of the Senate, I'd probably let him pass any law he wanted.

"That man works his tail off and he dives in wholeheartedly in everything that he does and if he gets his mindset that he wants to make a run at politics, ya know what? I think he'll do it," Calaway told TMZ Sports. Heck, if the host of The Apprentice and owner of multiple failed businesses can do it, I'm willing to bet a Hollywood star with the body of a Greek god would have next to no trouble taking the White House.

"He's so charming, he's so witty," Calaway added. "I think he can be the uniter that people are looking for. I know that he has the charisma. Maybe all it would take would be one eyebrow, and he'd look at the left, raise the eyebrow. Look at the right, raise an eyebrow and hit 'em with 'the People's Elbow. I don't know man, there's so many possibilities and if that's what he chooses to do, I'll support wholeheartedly in his efforts to do so."

That's one vote down for potential presidential candidate Dwayne Johnson. Earlier this year he explained in an interview with USA Today that he would seriously think about running if it's "what the people wanted". What a man of the people.

"Truly I mean that, and I'm not flippant in any way with my answer," he continued. "That would be up to the people... So I would wait, and I would listen. I would have my finger on the pulse, my ear to the ground."

Roll on 2024, when Dwayne Johnson and Donald Trump meet in the ring for the first time to decide the fate of America.
