83-Year-Old Call Of Duty Player 'Grandpa Butch' Is My New Favourite Gamer

I've said it before and I'll say it again: You're never too old to pick up a controller and get into video games. It doesn't matter what your experience level is, or how familiar with games you are - if you're willing and able to pick up a pad, there's a video game out there for everyone.
In the past few years alone we've seen grandparents getting stuck into the likes of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and even Assassin's Creed Origins. It's now my great pleasure to introduce you to to "Grandpa Butch", an 83-year-old gentleman with a passion for Call Of Duty. Specifically Call Of Duty: WWII from the looks of it.
There are only a dozen or so videos over on Butch's TikTok taken over the last few months, but I urge you to check each and every one of them out. For one thing, the man is far better than I'll ever be at Call Of Duty. I wouldn't be surprised if FaZe Clan came knocking soon, to be honest.
One of my favourite moments, by far, is taken from the most recent video. Deep in the trenches, Butch slides under an enemy before turning to gleefully announce that he shot his opponent "right in the nuts".
Our hero also seems to have a real problem with WWII's in-game dogs. Having been killed by canines in three or four videos ("furry son of a bitch!"), we finally see him take one down with just a little too much relish for my liking. I'm sure he's great with real animals. Hopefully.
All of Butch's exploits so far are based entirely in Call Of Duty: WWII, presumably because this is the game he's gotten use to and wants to play. That's entirely fair enough, obviously, but I for one would pay good money to see this dude drop into a game of Call Of Duty: Warzone. Especially with all the zombies and other mad crap going on in Verdansk right now. Grandpa Butch, if you're reading, please make that happen for us if you can.
