We don't know if you've heard, but GAMINGbible really likes The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. We mean we really like it. Like we have regular two-hour fights in darkened car parks over who Geralt should end up with, Triss or Yenn. We even like it so much that it's incredibly high on our list of best games of all time, however, we don't know if we like it enough to pay $1449.
CD Projekt Red has collaborated with Prime 1 Studio to create a beautiful ⅓ scale model of Geralt of Rivia, and it's astonishingly beautiful. The statue of The White Wolf is stunning as Geralt stoically presents the heads of beasts he has slain and, despite being a little gory, we want it in our living room. But it's really expensive.
Buying the deluxe edition of this masterpiece will set you back a hefty $1449 which the standard edition of costs slightly less at $1299. "The difference?" you ask, wondering why these statues have a variation of prices. Well the Deluxe edition has interchangeable heads so you can swap out Geralt's expression and beard length depending on how you feel. Delightful.
The description of the product on the site has this to say about the statue. "Welcome to the Wild Hunt! The White Wolf stands 35 inches tall in a visually-striking museum-style pose. There is no doubt about it, these things are highly priced because they are works of art. Prime 1 Studio hasn't let any detail slide with this replica and although it's out of price range for many, those that pick up this item will have an incredible piece of gaming memorabilia.
