First and foremost, if you have not finished Marvel's WandaVision and Loki and don't want spoilers, this is not the article for you. Go finish both series before reading this fan theory because, wow. Honestly, we really think this one TikToker is onto something with his suspicions, so let's lay it down for you.

If you've watched both series you'll already know two things. First, that Wanda goes through a major power exchange in the final episode of WandaVision, finally becoming the Scarlet Witch with her awesome new costume. And if you've seen Loki, you'll recall that in the ending scenes it's a massive topic that He Who Remains doesn't know the future for the first time in a million lifetimes. He stops, looks around, and finally drops an item on his desk, as he realises that they've crossed the time threshold to where events can be altered. So what if we, and this TikToker, told you that these events line up if you play both episodes at the same time?

The next time we'll be seeing a Loki is in the upcoming animated series, What If...?...

Well, Brianfantastic on TikTok has made a video displaying the similarities between these two moments in the show finales and there are simply too many parallels for it to be a complete coincidence. You can watch his video and see two examples of the shows lining up. As Wanda's power peaks, He Who Remains looks around realising something is different - the timeline is changing. He then goes to drop something on the desk which lines up perfectly with Agatha Harkness being dropped on the ground. You can see these examples in the TikTok Brianfantastic has put together.

As you can see, this feels like it might bear some significance on how these two series may intertwine in the future. We already know there is going to be another season of Loki which we're looking forward to, but we also know Wanda will appear in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. There is already speculation that Loki will appear in the film as well as he is obviously part of how the multiverse came to be. We'll have to wait for the second Doctor Strange film in March 2022 but until then we're happy waiting to ask What It...? with Marvel when the animated series comes out on August 11.
