And that's the beauty of livestreaming

The beauty of livestreams is that they're, well, live right? You never know exactly what's going to happen, good or bad. You get to see the real, unedited reactions of people you like, right there in front of you and sometimes you get to see when things go hilariously wrong too. In this case, we're talking about the poor streamer who was suddenly burdened with a wild squirrel in his house.

As Dexerto reports, streamer StaysafeTV was minding his own business in Amazon's new MMO New World before noticing that his home had a new addition, a random squirrel. Rather hilariously his face cam shows the stream the critter before even he sees it - it's bouncing around the hall behind him. The streamer then exclaims, as anyone would be honest: "There is a squirrel in my house... There is a squirrel in my house... What the f***".

Here are some of our favourite livestreaming wins and fails...

Of course, the next step is that he needed to get the squirrel out of the house right, so after moving his dog and getting another person's help StaysafeTV gives chase. The stream could see that after going down the hall, the squirrel decides to launch itself at him before running away back towards the stream and into the kitchen.

Staysafe follows, and thankfully without chewing any cables or running upstairs, the little critter runs out a door instead. And everyone lived happily ever after, and that squirrel now has a cool story to tell its mates when it gets home.

As I said, the joy of streaming is that random things like this might happen here and there. It's an ever-changing piece of media and no one can ever predict when animals might invade. And sometimes there have been times when humans have invaded homes live on air too.Featured Image Credit: StaySafeTV
