Canadian Twitch streamer Félix "xQc" Lengyel took out his exasperation with the Grand Theft Auto Online roleplaying scene in a recent stream, calling it "the most miserable" experience in gaming.

Lengyel's career as a professional player and a streamer has been patchy to say the least. He's been banned from Twitch five times, which is a sore spot for him as he attributed the penalty to the media for "misreporting" what he says. Furthermore, his fame has led to his own life being in danger as repeated swatting incidents meant that he and his partner needed to move for their safety.

His Grand Theft Auto Online content is extremely popular both on Twitch and among his community, however, he's not been in the Grand Theft Auto roleplaying server organisers' good books. He's been banned and unbanned by the NoPixel server, and one of the lead developers actually criticised him for his lack of dedication to the roleplaying rules after an encounter in the game.

Here are the weirdest things to ever happen while streamers have been live on air, from the most unbelievable of wins to playing Mario Kart with your pets!

It looks like Lengyel is through with roleplaying now, though. In a stream on September 22nd, he opted to not pick up another mission and viewers demanded that he change course and give them the content they came to see. He replied in an outburst that showed how pressurised he is to balance what his community wants versus his own enjoyment of his hobby.

"It's a time matter," said the streamer while playing the game for his followers. "Even if it wasn't a time matter, I don't give a f*ck... I'm trying to get this brain-dead character inside a pixelated dog sh*t, to get pixelated money, in a game no one gives a f*ck about, with all these people who pretend to be other people, because their lives are so miserable, to people who are even more miserable, okay?

"It's the most miserable, dog sh*t- why are you getting mad about this?" continued Lengyel. "It's the most degenerate act of humankind. Please, man."

There are probably other contenders for the title of "most degenerate act of humankind" aside from roleplaying in an online video game but that's a discussion we're not going to get into here.
