Early reactions to Venom: Let There Be Carnage are in after a special screening event, and it's looking like the superhero sequel is everything fans of the original were hoping it would be.
There's been plenty of praise for the movie's thrilling action sequences, and a lot of love directed at the dynamic between Tom Hardy's Venom and Woody Harrelson's Carnage. This is no doubt a huge relief for Marvel fans who have been dying to see the two symbiotes duke it out on the big screen since the 90s. But what's even more exciting are the teasers that the film contains a post-credits scene you won't want to miss.

I should point out you won't find any spoilers here, so don't worry. Those who attended preview screenings obviously aren't allowed to say what exactly they saw, but several of those who have shared their reactions are urging viewers to stay in their seats for a post-credits scene that had audiences losing their minds.
The biggest strength of #VenomLetThereBeCarnage is its franctic pacing and exhilirating action. Matching the kinetic energy Tom Hardy has with himself.

Woody Harrelson is relishing as Kletus/Carnage and is perfect for the role.

#VenomLetThereBeCarnage is the most batshit insane film of the year and a marked improvement on the first film. It absolutely flies by and Woody Harrelson delivers as Cletus Kasady/Carnage, a villain I've been waiting see in live action for ages. STAY for the end credits!! pic.twitter.com/UoN1FD1iKj

What could have engendered such an intense reaction from fans? If I had to guess, I'd say Tom Holland's Spider-Man is probably set to make a surprise appearance. Sony has been teasing a Spidey/Venom showdown for a while now, and we know Tom Hardy is keen to make it happen. I guess we'll find out when Venom: Let There Be Carnage hits cinemas October 15.
