There was a moment this year when all of us were gripped by WandaVision. The surreal series - made by Marvel Studios and shown on Disney+ - posed so many questions that no matter if you were a massive Marvel fan or just a casual viewer, we all needed to know why and how Wanda and Vision were in sitcoms from eras past. And though we know it was a great series, we're happy to see that it has also received a hefty 23 Emmy nominations.
The three main characters we encounter in the series have all received nominations for their parts. Paul Bettany as Vision has received a nomination for 'Lead Actor In A Limited Or Anthology Series Or Movie'; Kathryn Hahn as Agatha for 'Supporting Actress In A Limited Or Anthology Series Or Movie'; and of course our leading lady, Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda, is nominated for 'Lead Actress In A Limited Or Anthology Series Or Movie'.
Here is the trailer for WandaVision...
But that is just the beginning of the nominations that the series has received, as it's racked up a remarkable 23 in total. Because of the way WandaVision works, period hairstyling and makeup come into play, while fantasy and sci-fi costumes are also present. The TV show covers a huge array of times, themes, and ideas - which is why this list is so extensive.
