Hogwarts Recreated In 'Dreams' Is Actually Jaw-Dropping

Hogwarts Recreated In 'Dreams' Is Actually Jaw-Dropping

One Harry Potter fan has put in the effort to make this incredible replica.

We’re not sure exactly what Dreams is made out of, but it’s probably magic. Magic, and fairy dust, and everything nice because how players produce some of the most incredible fan projects I’ve ever seen in it, is beyond me. I have no idea how one fan of the Harry Potter series has made an entire Hogwarts replica in the game, but they have, and it’s incredible.

On Twitter, user Jones20Dr posted a video of one of the most incredible Dreams projects we’ve ever seen and it’s stunning. Made by Jedimaster369, this is a full-scale replica of the outside and inside of Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry, complete with moving staircases, floating candles, and crackling fires. It’s almost as if we’re in the building ourselves.

Here is a full look at the incredible Dreams project, from the library to the pitches...

The two-minute clip that Jones posted on Twitter just scratches the surface of the entire project by Jedimaster. There are other areas like Quidditch pitches, classrooms, common rooms, and more if you’re interested in having a look around yourself. You can see the project on its Dreams page.

If you’re not familiar with Dreams you should check it out if you’re into the creative arts. If you played Little Big Planet and remember that it had the level design concept built into the game, it’s essentially the same idea. Though it’s easier to start level designing and world-building in Dreams than it is in Unity or maybe Unreal Engine 4, it’s certainly not easy to take on a project of this size and scope.

You know, if this is sort of what the upcoming game Hogwarts Legacy looked like when it comes out, I wouldn’t complain. It’s accurate, it’s gorgeous and there is something about this fan project that just captures the spirit of the Harry Potter franchise people love, right?
