Animal Crossing players have been giving away the new Happy Home Paradise to those who can’t afford the DLC, and the show of kindness towards strangers on the Internet has got our eyes sweating.

In the announcement of the DLC, Nintendo also showed off the oodles and oodles of content that rolled out to New Horizons this week. There are hundreds and hundreds of new crafting DIYs and cooking recipes, using elements that are only found on the mysterious island tours that Kapp’n offers.

Brewster is back with a teeny tiny café in the Museum, players can participate in group yoga sessions in the plaza with the Joy-Cons’ motion controls, and Gyroids can now be found underground. And, there are 16 new villagers and one of them is Ione, who has glow in the dark ears, paws and tail. Come on. It’s so cool.

Happy Home Paradise is similar to Happy Home Designer for the Nintendo 3DS, and this time, players will be fulfilling clients’ dream holiday homes on a remote archipelago. These islands offer snowy locales, deserts, autumnal woodland and more while the player designs the ideal outdoor and indoor structures for villagers on vacation. It’s adorable.

Happy Home Paradise costs $24.99, or it is bundled with an annual Nintendo Switch Online membership for $49.99. To someone who’s been scrimping to save over the last couple of months, it might not be feasible to envision the DLC fitting into their budget, and as much as I hate to say it, FOMO is very real.

In an act of generosity, Reddit user MoopDaDoop said that they had extra credit on their Nintendo eShop account and they wanted to give away a code for the DLC to the first person who replied to the post. Pepepeche was the lucky soul to receive the code, and the joy that the interaction sparked saw others come forward to give away the DLC to those who have fallen on tough times lately.

Honestly, scrolling through the thread is so sweet, I’m already reaching for my phone to schedule an appointment with my dentist. “There are good people in the world. Even simple gestures of pure selflessness can go a long way! Even I feel better just knowing about this post exists,” commended TippytheOG.
