Twitch streamer Tyler 'TrainwrecksTV' Niknam has been banned from one of the most famous Grand Theft Auto Online roleplay servers, apparently for metagaming. The internet personality has been taking a break from streaming but has commented on being banned from NoPixel's server after it seems the community wanted him out.

GTA RP is huge at the moment. Playing GTA as if you're a character in the world can be great fun and the activity has blown up on Twitch too. Seeing some of your favourite content creators interact with one another as entirely different people is a laugh and so it's sort of a shame for Trainwrecks fans that they'll no longer be able to see Tyler take part in the biggest RP server streamers use.

According to Dexerto, the streamer got banned from the server March 10. Following the permaban, he posted a TwitLonger that reads: "I don't know how to say this, I know there are many unsuccessful, miserable losers that gather on forums to comment on each other's posts to further fortify the narratives that they NEED to be true, in order to rationalize the fear & insecurity that my very existence instills [sic] within them, but the intelligent & confident need to be strong.

"I know it looks bad, but for a moment I ask you to give me the benefit of the doubt and look at it through an unbias perspective and you will see this was just an attempt to protect the monopolization of power in the game for select streamers. After careful consideration & some self reflection, I've come to the conclusion that they can all suck my dick. Thank you." Charming, eh?

Right now it sounds like the reason for the ban is 'meta gaming' - a term that vaguely describes not adhering to the rules of the server staying strictly role-play. Perma-banned also means it's unlikely we'll see Trainwrecks return to the server ever again.
