Fallout 4 fans shouldn't miss this amazing free quest

Fallout 4 fans shouldn't miss this amazing free quest created by one very talented fan.

With it suspected to be a long time until we see Fallout 5, modders are hard at work keeping the Fallout 4 community alive and this time players can get their hands on an amazing free quest.

It has been almost 10 years since Fallout 4 was released and as an entry in a much-loved and long-running series, it is no surprise that it still has a legion of dedicated fans to this day. However, with the game no longer receiving updates with Bethesda hard at work on The Elder Scrolls VI, it is down to its modding community to keep the game running.

Check out the Fallout 4 launch trailer below!

With the game recently seeing an increase of players thanks to a new trailer from the Amazon Fallout TV show, there is no better time to add mods to your game which adds brand-new content, features and storylines to the original title.

Last year saw one modder, dietplums, over on Nexus Mods create ‘Into the Room’, a mod which comes with a fully-voiced quest. The quest itself involves a puzzle room and a dungeon with choices to be made along the way. Not only that but going down the right path will reward you with a visit to an interior settlement.

“A treasure hunting broadcast is being played throughout the Commonwealth urging people to come to a mysterious building for the biggest opportunity of a lifetime,” reads the official synopsis by creator dietplums. This comes alongside instructions that the quest will start upon launching Fallout 4 with directions soon entered into your Pip-Boy.

If you are crying out for more content, another modder has created ‘Barrenwood’, a mod which adds a completely new worldspace to the base game complete with new quests, voiced NPCs and workshop locations.

With new mods released every day, the wait for Fallout 5 will be a little less painful.
