PlayStation gamers, you can grab £195 of free games starting today

PlayStation gamers, you can grab £195 of free games starting today

Now that's a monster collection of free games!

For all you bargain lovers out there, you can save yourselves heaps of money with Playstation.

We’re, of course, talking about the latest PlayStation Plus titles to join the service.

At the start of May, we had the official confirmation of what those games would be. And now, several days later, we can now play those adventures for the smell fee of the subscription.

To put that into financial perspective for you: you’ll get £195 worth of titles for a massive fraction of that price.

In the words of PlayStation, 7 May “kicks off a new, oversized PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup!”

Sony isn’t wrong.

We appreciate that previous PS Plus months have been lacklustre, but this month isn’t one of them. Bringing you greats like Tunic, Ghostrunner 2, and Destiny 2: Lightfall, this is a monster month for subscribers.

“Match up against the world’s best on the pitch of EA Sports FC 24, master the art of platforming precision with Ghostrunner 2, embark on an unforgettable puzzle adventure in Tunic, and continue your fight against the Darkness in Destiny 2: Lightfall.”

Doesn’t that all sound exciting? Even more so because it won’t cost you nearly as much as purchasing all of those games individually.

Despite May looking rosy for PS Plus users, not every free download is worthy of your time. Many gamers are saying to miss out on one particular download; they believe that the game in question isn’t “worth the time”.

If that’s true, thank goodness we have other journeys to embark on to soften the blow of that one title.

Now all that’s left is for you to take advantage of these games while they’re still part of the service.

We know they’ve only just joined, but PS Plus is notorious for snatching away beloved titles as quickly as it introduces them.
