PlayStation Plus confirms a ton of new free games for November

It’s Wednesday 15 November which can only mean one thing. Yes, it’s PlayStation Plus day. Sony has unveiled the latest extra and premium tier offerings and this month, subscribers have 14 new titles to sink their teeth into.

It’s been a mediocre month so far for PlayStation Plus subscribers. This year has featured a couple of lacklustre line-ups. Offerings then began to improve as Sony also introduced cloud streaming and the Sony Pictures Core catalogue for premium tier subscribers. November’s latest essential games then left fans with that familiar ‘Is that it?’ feeling once more though. This month, you can grab Mafia II, Alien Fireteam Elite, and Dragon Ball: The Breakers. However, if you’re an extra or premium tier subscriber, 14 new games are on the way - but unfortunately, the line up is just as underwhelming.

Sea of Stars is still available on the Extra tier.

This month, extra tier subscribers can get their hands on: Teardown (PS5), Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen (PS4), Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme vs. Maxi Boost On (PS4), Dead Island: Riptide Definitive Edition (PS4), Superliminal (PS4/5), Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising (PS4/5), Nobunaga’s Ambition: Taishi (PS4), Alternate Jake Hunter: Daedalus The Awakening of Golden Jazz (PS4), and River City Melee Mach!! (PS4).

Premium subscribers can also nab: Grandia (PS4/5), Jet Moto (PS4/5), Up (PS4/5), Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series (PS4/5), and PaRappa the Rapper 2 (PS4).

Teardown is maybe the standout winner here, while Dead Island and Superliminal are also well worth checking out. The latest games will become available on 21 November except for Teardown which is available now.
