Xbox Series X/S users gifted $30 freebie, available now

Xbox Series X/S users gifted $30 freebie, available now

Fancy getting your hands on a $30 freebie? This is your chance.

Xbox owners can score themselves a substantial freebie over the next couple of months, without the need for an Xbox Game Pass subscription.

That’s right: no Xbox Game Pass is necessary. What is more, you don’t need to own the latest Xbox console to be able to redeem this code – it’ll work with your Xbox One as well.

All you need to do to unlock this deal – besides having an Xbox – is to redeem the offer before 7 July 2024. If you miss that deadline, we’re sorry, but this $30 freebie will be gone.

While you're here, don't forget to watch the trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine.

So, what are you’re getting for free? A three month subscription to Apple TV.

We know, we know, Amazon is the hottest place right now thanks to its recent airing of Fallout. However, while Apple TV isn’t home to that popular show, it does deliver a little of everything to “suit your taste”, so says Apple.

Should you be getting a feeling of deja vu, that’s because Xbox has done similar deals before, though previously users needed a Game Pass subscription. Thankfully, this deal has no such strings attached.

It feels like quite the time to be an Xbox lover right now, as it’s been reported that Microsoft has more best sellers on the PlayStation Store than Sony itself does.

Not ignoring the fact that Xbox is in talks to nab one of PlayStation’s biggest titles. All in all, Xbox is thriving whether you like it or not.

But back to the matter at hand: if you want quality entertainment without paying for it (at least initially), then this freebie is one you don’t want to miss out on.

Just bear in mind that there’s no mention whether this subscription auto-renews once the three month trial is up, so just make sure to keep an eye on that if you don’t intend to keep the service.
