PlayStation Store Has Huge Savings On Amazing Games Right Now

Indie developers have been absolutely slaying it of late with a wealth of amazing experiences - and the new PlayStation sale is letting you get your hands on some certifiable classics for very little money.
The sale includes some absolute must-play indie games at considerable discounts, and many of them came out pretty recently to boot. However, if scrolling endlessly through a sea of titles does not sound like your kind of fun, here's a number of picks straight from the team at GAMINGbible.

Also enjoying a nice discount is the very-recently-released Kena: Bridge Of Spirits, winner of Indie Game Of The Year at The Game Awards 2021. It's 35% off and has a sweet Ghibli vibe to it. Another game with a softly gorgeous 3D world is the all-timer that is Journey, which currently has a stonking 50% off. If you've never played thatgamecompany's short-form meditation on, well, existence, it's a must.
People into co-op gameplay also have a nice number of games to choose from. Streets Of Rage 4 offers excellent beat 'em up call backs to the era of the SEGA Mega Drive, albeit with new art and amazing combo potential, and is currently 40% off. Meanwhile, those who are in the mood for a divorce can get the ever-divisive Overcooked 2 for a whopping 75% off.
The brand-spanking new and thigh-slappingly good OlliOlli World has a tasty 20% off, so if you know your kickflips from your nollies, it's a winner. (TBH, it's one you really don't need to know about skateboarding for - just dive in, and enjoy.) One of the oldest games in the sale is the original Psychonauts - it still holds plenty of charm, and is a bargain at 60% off for anyone wanting to see the game that came before 2021's excellent sequel. Those interested in the idea of choices mattering in a strategy game can pick up Frostpunk for 75% less than usual.
The final three games to recommend are all dastardly difficult 2D delights. Metroidvania Hollow Knight is an absolute bargain at 50% off, while the roguelike Dead Cells - which we gave a 10/10 to - gets a 40% reduction. Both Hotline Miami games are also available for 75% off, for those into fast paced, hypnotic shooting.
If you don't have a PS4 or the fabled PS5, don't lose heart. There is currently a bundle of almost a thousand indie games up for grabs from just $10 for PC gamers. There is quite a number of absolute bangers to be had here as well, including Celeste, A Short Hike, Superhot, Baba Is You and Minit.
