South Park: The Stick Of Truth far better than it had any right to be, say fans

It’s quite baffling to think that the South Park animated series is still going strong to this very day since it premiered back in 1997. Yet, the writers continually remain on top of current pop culture topics with its signature boundary-crossing humour.

To capitalise on the ever-rolling success of South Park, its universe has far expanded beyond the world of TV and a movie bringing us countless pieces of merchandise that fans will gobble up like a mutant turkey.

We’ve also had plenty of video games released on the Nintendo 64, SEGA Dreamcast, original PlayStation, right up to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and more. For better or worse, some of the South Park adaptations have been stronger than others. However, perhaps the strongest of the video game offerings is 2014’s South Park: The Stick of Truth and 2017’s The Fractured But Whole.
