Spider-Man: No Way Home finally swings into UK cinemas tomorrow (December 15), but critic reviews have already made their way online.

Obviously anyone who has been to see the film at this point has to abide by the strictest embargoes and there's plenty they can't talk about for fear of being murdered in their sleep by Sony lawyers. With that said, the general consensus is that the latest Tom Holland Spidey adventure is good. Really, really good.

At the time of writing, Spider-Man: No Way Home currently has a perfect score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes - that's based off 30 critic reviews. This is by no means a comprehensive list of every single person who has seen the film so far, of course, but it presents a pretty encouraging look at how folk are responding to the movie so far.

Having a read through the reviews present suggests that while everyone is pretty mixed on how well the movie balances all of its different parts, it's still a tremendously fun ride with tons of heart.

"No Way Home is Spider-Man's most intriguing & fun story yet," writes Screen Rant. "Though the multiverse looms large, the film's thoughtful in its focus on Peter's journey."

Nerd Reactor hails the flick as a "wild, emotional, joyous and nostalgic journey that's a huge love letter to fans", while SuperHeroHype says it "ultimately delivers" despite a few awkward moments.

Forbes is perhaps the most critical in a 6/10 review, describing No Way Home as less than the sum of its parts. "Enjoyable and often funny, No Way Home struggles to balance being a straight-forward sequel to 'Far from Home' and a full-on MCU event flick," the publication writes.

As always, the best thing you can possibly do right now is avoid spoilers till you get the chance to see the movie for yourself and form your opinion! While it might not be the most coherent MCU movie to date, it certainly sounds like it has plenty for Spider-Man fans to enjoy. And really, isn't that exactly what we've been expecting since that first fan-servicey trailer dropped?
