Timberlake and Spears have nothing on this monstrosity

This might just be our opinion, but this Xbox controller is down-right upsetting to look at. Obviously, in some fever dream, Xbox Canada has come up with a one-of-a-kind Xbox controller which is covered in denim and it makes us want to cry.

We get having pride in your country's traditions - that's not the problem at all. Canada - we fully support your, um, fashion choices when it comes to the 'Canadian Tuxedo' - proudly wearing double denim for the world to see. But applying those fashion choices to a controller? That's where we draw the line.

The controller is shown off on the Xbox Canada Twitter account where it just says, "The "Canadian tuxedo" is now a 3-piece suit. This Canadian Tuxedo controller is one-of-a-kind, but let us know what your dream Canadian-themed controller would be. We might just make it...". Right now we'd settle for literally any other controller so we don't have to think about this one.

Why are there belt loops, what are you going to keep in those tiny useless pockets, how do you clean the controller after you inevitably sweat into the material after an intense Halo match? We're just incredibly distressed that this controller even exists - although I'm also imagining Justin Timberlake and Britany Spears carrying the controller on the runway with their classic denim on denim moment. A very small silver lining to this atrocity.

Thank goodness that this does seem to be a one-off edition though, so the chances of us actually seeing this controller in real life are very low. Although Mitch Dyer (a writer on projects like Star Wars: Squadrons and Battlefront II) has encouraged Xbox to make this controller actually happen. Please, and we can't stress this enough, don't make us see this monstrosity ever again. Thanks, Xbox.
