Amouranth Joins Playboy's New OnlyFans Competitor As Founding Member

A new venture

Divisive Twitch streamer Kaitlyn 'Amouranth' Siragusa has joined 'Centerfold' - Playboy's answer to OnlyFans - as a founding member.

Playboy announced Centrefold back in October. The brand-new platform has been designed specifically to support "creative freedom, artistic expression, and sex positivity, as the next evolution of Playboy’s long history at the intersection of culture and sex," according to a press release.

"As of today, CENTERFOLD creators can offer personal content subscriptions, the ability to directly message with their fans and more. As the platform continues to expand, the roadmap includes highly sought features in merchandise design, production and distribution capabilities, digital content production, live streaming, blockchain integration and more," Playboy added.

While Siragusa teased some kind of involvement with Playboy earlier this month, this is the first official confirmation of what she's been working on with the company. The Centerfold site features a picture of the Twitch streamer under the name “Kate Amouranth".

The streamer also recently teased fans about Playboy’s stocks in the wake of the announcement, tweeting out a winking GIF to a fan asking if Centerfold will be the “next big thing".

“Seems to be low cost optionality, they are making a lot of good moves,” she commented.

It'll be interesting to see how Centerfold stacks up against OnlyFans, especially given the recent controversy in regards to the latter's crackdown on adult content. If Centerfold starts off knowing exactly what it is and who it's for, that can only be a good thing.
