Millie Bobby Brown, the actress best known for her performances in Enola Holmes and Stranger Things, has had to come forward to dispel rumours of being groomed following a TikToker's public comments on their relationship. The TikToker made several claims, including one about grooming, when live streaming on Instagram.

Hunter 'Echo' Ecimovic, a 21-year-old TikToker, went on Instagram Live on Monday and, according to Dexerto, said that he'd "groomed" Brown. They had been seen together in 2020 when he was 20 and Millie was just 16. During the Live, he described that he had been in a sexual relationship with the actress and even claimed that her parents were fine with the situation. He also made crude comments about their relationship.

Millie Bobby Brown has starred in a variety of roles but her most famous performance is as Eleven in Netflix's Stranger Things - a show we'll soon be getting a fourth season of...

TMZ has been in conversation with Millie Bobby Brown's team, who have responded to the claims. They say that not only are these claims dishonest, they're also "irresponsible, offensive and hateful". Additionally, Brown's representatives are in some way "taking action to ensure he stops this behaviour once and for all".

The video, which has since been uploaded to Twitter, catches Hunter responding to comments asking why he would want to be with a 16 year old while he was 20. He laughs and calls himself a groomer while other friends crack jokes around him.

Of course, the backlash against the TikToker is significant. If the crude comments he made are true then it could have criminal implications. However, if he is just trying to upset Millie Bobby Brown, there's also potential for a lawsuit.

Hunter Echo posted a statement on his Instagram story, saying he has nothing to be sorry for: "No one knows anything. You guys hear a story and you run with it. You guys are fabricating the story so much. Most of you never been exposed to the world your [sic] held in your bubble in your hometown your whole life. Keep making me out to be some monster that's fine. None of you will ever get it because your lives are completely different. Like I said before I have nothing to apologise for."

Millie, now 17, is no longer with the TikToker and has been spotted with a new partner, Jon Bon Jovi's 19-year-old son, Jake Bongiovi.
